Mindful Sewa Psychiatry ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you visit www.mindfulsewa.com (the "Site"). Information We Collect
Information you provide. If you contact us, request an appointment, or submit a form (including the provider referral form), we collect the information you choose to share — such as your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message. Please do not include detailed clinical information in website forms or email.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and our hosting providers may automatically collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring pages. This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the Site.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed and when someone taps a phone number or sends a form. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location. It does not receive what you type into our forms. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar tools to see how people use this site, like which pages they visit and how they found us. We use Google Analytics for this. It sets cookies that help count visits. It does not tell us your name.
We also use ad tools from Google Ads. They may set cookies to show you our ads on other sites and to tell us if an ad worked. You can opt out at any time with the "Your Privacy Choices" link at the bottom of every page. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser.
We keep Google Analytics and Google Ads off our pages about specific conditions, our medication guides, crisis resources, the symptoms quiz, our blog articles and the current patient area. So your interest in a condition or a medicine is not shared with Google. Some features, such as Google Translate, also set their own cookies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them. We do not sell your personal information.

How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. Information you submit to us is shared only with service providers who help us operate the Site and our practice (such as website hosting and secure scheduling), as needed for care in accordance with privacy laws, or when required by law.
Separately, the advertising and measurement tools described above automatically send limited technical and browsing data (such as IP address, pages viewed, and device information) to Google so we can measure the performance of our advertising. This is standard website advertising measurement and does not include information from your medical record, and we do not provide your name, contact details, or clinical information to advertising providers. Because these tools are not present on our condition, medication, crisis, symptoms-quiz, or current-patient pages, visits to those pages are not reported to them.
Third-Party Services and Links
Scheduling and intake are handled through IntakeQ, a secure healthcare platform with its own privacy practices. The Site may link to third-party websites (such as CMS.gov or crisis resources); we are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No website or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please use discretion in what you send through online forms or email.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site. Care for minors is arranged by a parent or legal guardian.
Text Messages
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is disclosed only to the provider that delivers the messages on our behalf, under an agreement that forbids them using it for their own marketing.
We use text messages only for administrative contact such as appointment scheduling, reminders and returning your call. We do not send marketing texts, and we keep clinical detail out of them. How the program works and how to stop it is set out in our SMS Terms.
Your Choices and Rights
You may contact us at any time to ask what contact information we hold about you, to request corrections, or to request deletion of information submitted through the Site, subject to legal and medical-record retention requirements. California residents may have additional rights under applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
