Why Choose Private Pay
Private pay telehealth mental health care gives you more flexibility, privacy and attention. Insurance rules do not shape your plan. Visits can run longer when you need it, and your care stays more confidential.
We do not send claims to your insurer. If you ask for a superbill and send it in yourself, it may include diagnosis and service codes. Many patients use HSA or FSA funds, and superbills can help you seek possible out-of-network payback.
What Is Included in Each Visit
The initial psychiatric evaluation is $250 and lasts about 60 minutes. It covers your symptoms and history and gives you a working diagnosis. You also get a written treatment plan and e-prescribing to your pharmacy when medicine is part of the plan.
Follow-up visits are $199. They are for checking progress, adjusting treatment and handling refills. A psychotherapy session is $199 and focuses on talk therapy. There are no hidden fees.
Some services have their own separate fees. Clinical letters are $150. Creyos ADHD testing is $150 when clinically appropriate. A second opinion is $600, and a written report adds $150. Professional and executive care is $600 to start and $299 per follow-up, so you only pay for what you use.
Using HSA, FSA and Superbills Step by Step
To use an HSA or FSA, pay with that card when you book, like any other card. Keep your receipts in case your plan asks for proof. If the card is declined, pay another way and ask your plan how to get paid back.
For out-of-network benefits, first call your insurer. Ask if you have out-of-network mental health coverage. After your visit, ask us for a superbill and send it to your insurer yourself. Any payment goes to you, and payback is not guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
To help us give timely care to everyone, we ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your visit, you may be charged 50% of the session cost.
Same-day cancellations, same-day reschedules and missed visits (no-shows) are charged the full session fee. If you cannot make it, please contact us as soon as you can so we can help you find a new time. We know life can surprise you, and we will consider special cases when it is right to do so.

Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. Mental health care is a qualified medical expense, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Keep your receipts in case your plan asks for proof.
What is a superbill?
A superbill is a detailed receipt with the codes insurers need. If you have out-of-network benefits, sending it in may earn partial payback. We provide superbills on request.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The fees on this page are the fees. E-prescribing and your written plan are included with your visits.
How do I pay?
Payment is collected securely when you book or at the time of service through our IntakeQ portal. You can pay by card, HSA or FSA.
How much is ADHD testing?
Creyos ADHD testing is $150. It is offered as an extra service when clinically appropriate. It is one part of a full ADHD evaluation, not a diagnosis by itself.
Why does the first visit cost more than a follow-up?
The first evaluation is about an hour long. It covers your full history, a diagnosis and a written plan. Follow-up visits build on that work, so they cost less at $199.
What do I get with a psychiatric second opinion?
A second opinion is a 90-minute independent review of your diagnosis, medicines and plan for $600. If you want the findings in writing, a written report is $150 more.
What does the professional and executive program cost?
The professional and executive first visit is $600, and follow-up visits are $299. These fees are separate from the standard evaluation and follow-up fees.
