No Provider-Patient Relationship
Using our website or communicating with us does not establish a provider-patient relationship or create an obligation for us to follow up with you. A provider-patient relationship is established only after completion of intake, informed consent, and a scheduled initial appointment. Not for Emergencies

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindful Sewa Psychiatry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, and our total liability for all claims relating to the Site, taken together, shall not exceed eight hundred dollars ($800). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
